 While paving a successful career in Real Estate, Stacy, ever the entrepreneur, became interested in investment properties. Her sons' athletic interests had them spending a lot of time on the baseball fields at Grand Park in Westfield and when a property near the park became available in 2019, she saw a great opportunity! Her vision of turning the property into a place where teams could gather and stay for busy weekends on the fields came to life at what is now known as the Time Out at Grand Park, a Superhost Airbnb. The large barn on the property is often booked not only for sports teams but for family reunions, company parties and weddings. The success of running the Time Out led her to purchase a second Airbnb property in Westfield called Overtime at Grand Park, which was purchased in 2022, as well as the purchase and complete remodel of her third Airbnb property in the heart of Zionsville, Liv on Oak. Stacy's natural eye for design, along with her expertise in the real estate world, transformed the property from a tiny bungalow to a modern, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, open concept home.
